Terms of Engagement & Privacy Consent
1. Scope. Mittal Partners LLP will prepare your income tax return(s) based solely on the information and documents you provide through this portal.
2. Your responsibility. You confirm the information you submit is complete and accurate. You are responsible for retaining your original supporting documents as required by the CRA.
3. Privacy & consent (PIPEDA). You consent to Mittal Partners LLP collecting, using, and storing your personal information — including your Social Insurance Number — for the purpose of preparing and filing your return. Your information is never sold or shared except as required to file with the CRA.
4. Security. Documents are encrypted so that only you and Mittal Partners LLP can open them. You agree to keep your login credentials confidential.
5. Electronic records & e-signature. You consent to communicate, receive documents, and sign electronically, and agree that electronic records satisfy any requirement for written records.
6. CRA authorization. Where applicable, you authorize Mittal Partners LLP to act as your representative with the CRA for the relevant tax years.
7. Fees & no guarantee. Fees are as quoted in your engagement letter. No specific refund or tax outcome is guaranteed.
